Vashon Island
I used the traditional mortar set method on this 1930's Bungalow style shower. This is a craft with ancient origins, one that should only be attempted by an experienced tile setter. Mortar set (mud set) is the most permanent and preferred installation method to date, as evidenced by ancient tile work that is still intact at historical sites such as, Pompeii and Rome. For those of you who prefer the "green" approach, this is it. No additives, no epoxies and no toxins . |
